Non-Refundable Products
All digital products and services available on DigitalTrekk.com are non-returnable and non-refundable, including but not limited to:
- PDF guides and eBooks
- Downloadable templates
- Excel or Google Sheets files
- Any other instantly accessible or downloadable digital content
Once the download or access has been provided, refunds will not be issued.
Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only in rare and exceptional circumstances, such as:
- You were charged more than once for the same product.
- Payment was successful, but you did not receive access to the product due to a technical error on our end.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 3–5 business days, and the credited amount may take 5–7 working days to appear in your bank account, depending on your payment provider.
How to Request a Refund

- Payment confirmation or receipt
- A brief description of the issue
